‘Good Life Project’ podcast joins Acast
Through a new partnership with Acast, Jonathan Fields’s celebrated podcast — one of the industry’s original stand-out successes — will further expand its footprint, reach, and monetization capabilities
Good Life Project, the inspiring, conversation-driven show created by Jonathan Fields, has joined Acast, the world’s leading independent podcast company.
Under the partnership, Acast will supercharge the podcast’s audience growth across markets globally and will upgrade the podcast’s advertising and sponsorship capabilities, enabling advanced brand partnerships and integrations. The company will also launch a paid subscription offering for Good Life Project through Acast+, giving paying listeners access to bonus content and exclusive benefits.
Good Life Project features intimate, unscripted conversations with some of the most well-known voices and compelling thinkers in the world, with past guests including Austin Channing Brown, Tim Ferriss, Elizabeth Gilbert, Brené Brown, and many more.
Celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year, the series seeks to give a platform to discussions about living a purpose-filled life, and operates under the philosophy that every person, voice, and story has merit. The podcast has amassed a community of hundreds of thousands of listeners each week and is one of the industry’s original, home-grown giants.
“Since founding Good Life Project in 2012, I’ve gotten to speak with people from all walks of life with truly profound experiences, and it’s been a privilege to get to share their experiences with others. I’m partnering with Acast because they share my mission of using podcasting to amplify important stories and bring us all closer together,” said Fields.
As part of Acast’s commitment to the open podcast ecosystem, the company will distribute the series widely and make it accessible to listeners on all podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts, Samsung Free, and more.
Tiffany Ashitey, US Director of the Creator Network at Acast, said: “Through its moving conversations, Good Life Project exemplifies what makes podcasts so special. We're huge fans of Jonathan's work and of his podcast's mission to break down the walls between us, and we believe it's so important for listeners all around the world to be able to access this sort of storytelling.”
Through the partnership, Good Life Project will now support ads, sponsorship, and premium ad products available through the Acast Marketplace, and will also be available for purchase programmatically. Additionally, brands will be able to partner with Acast Creative, the company’s in-house creative ad solutions team, to create bespoke branded segments, Sponsored Stories, and other engaging formats.
Good Life Project is produced by Lindsey Fox. Fields is represented by The Gernert Company’s Joy Fowlkes.
